Car Servicing and Repairs

Many garages advertise cut price services but you need to be sure what this entails. At Stewart Kirk Motor Services every major car service will include the correct grade of oil for your vehicle; all brakes stripped down, cleaned, inspected, and adjusted; oil change and all filters changed (including fuel, oil, air and pollen filter). Your major service will also include all manufacturer specified checks.

We suppy, fit and balance tyres - always fitting good quality tyres we will discuss your requirements with you and generally match or beat all the major tyre outlets with the convenience of being local, and our free collection and delivery service.

We are happy to do a free brake check to ensure the safety of your car. If necessary we can replace your brakes if required. We use TRW braking systems, top grade systems with a strong focus on quality, safety and comfort.

We can offer best quality batteries to meet your needs with guarantees of between 1 and 4 years dependent on your budget.

Air Conditioning

Ideally air conditioning systems should be serviced once a year to keep the system operating correctly and pinpoint any problems that may lead to failure. We offer servicing; repair and full recovery and recharge.

We use best quality exhausts at competitive prices. We also suppy and fit stainless steel exhausts.

Light bodywork, minor scratches, scuffs and panel repairs.

Puncture Repairs

Free puncture repair - when the car tyre can be repaired (unfortunately not all can).

Computer Diagnostics

We use the latest Snap-On Diagnostic computer system essential for accurate diagnosis of problems and repairs.

Engine Management Light

Most engine management lights come on when the ignition is switched on but go off when you start the engine. This is normal, but if it stays on or comes on when you're driving have it checked as soon as possible. The light can come on for a multitude of reasons indicating that something is wrong with the engine - our diagnostic system will help diagnose the problem and we will then discuss repair options with you.
